Plan Description

Complete in California stucco, this handsome design features large windows for capturing light and views. The sunken living room boasts a vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace and is separated from the hall by decorative columns that also adorn the dining room. The skylit U-shaped kitchen with an attached breakfast room separates the dining room and the family room. Special features in the family room include deck access, a through-fireplace to the master bedroom and a built-in audio-visual center. The master suite is truly lavish and offers a skylit sitting area with sliding glass doors to the deck, a spiral stair to the den on the second floor, and a bath with a skylit whirlpool tub and double vanities. Besides the den, the second floor also holds two family bedrooms and a full bath.
