Plan Description
Designed for a sloped lot this unique garage plan has a full 1100 square foot apartment on the second floor. The main level is filled with the 2 car garage and shop. An optional half bathroom could be added to the garage level. The staircase to the second floor is separated from the shop. Upstairs the apartment offers great room style living. - Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
- Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details.
